The Cottage ADU Plan is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 639 square foot home designed with flexible living in mind. With a classic cottage aesthetic and a layout that can double as an office as well as a guest house, this plan solves the real constraints of urban infill development.

The main level opens to an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area oriented toward the back yard, maintaining natural light and visual depth on a compact footprint. oversized sliding door near the living area creates an expansive interior feeling. The primary suite occupies the front corner with a cozy walk-in setup, separated from the high-traffic zones for privacy and quiet.

This plan is optimized for 32-foot-wide lots with standard setbacks. It provides a timeless cottage charm ideal for historic neighborhoods or accessory dwelling spaces.
