The Juniper – 2-Bedroom Cottage Plan
The Juniper is a compact, single-story two-bedroom home designed for efficient infill and small-lot development. Its thoughtful floor plan combines comfortable everyday living with a simple building form that keeps the home practical to build and easy to adapt to a variety of sites.
The open-concept kitchen and living area create a bright, connected central space, while two bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. The plan also includes a full bathroom, dedicated laundry area, generous kitchen island, covered front entry, and a covered outdoor patio that extends the living space outdoors.
A layered gable roof, dark horizontal siding, natural wood accents, and sheltered entry give The Juniper a warm contemporary character that fits comfortably into both established neighborhoods and new infill developments.
